I’ve already placed my order. Can I make a change?

A: We can change your order if it is still awaiting shipment, but once your order has been fully processed, we can no longer change it. You can message customer service at here with the subject line: “ORDER CHANGE XXXXX” (your order number)- to see if changes can be made.

If not, no need to fear! You can always exchange what you ordered as well.
