    I have contacted support close to 7 times over the past month to get shoes replaced since I bought a warranty on my existing shoes. You sent me troubleshooting steps but I havent heard back since I replied. EMAIL ME PLEASE!

    We got broken shoes in August. I sent pictures as requested. You have not resolved the issue. And you stopped responding to my emails. I would highly recommend nobody order from this site

    This isn't fair!!!! OVER $100 is alot if money for defective shoes. Please contact me in regards to an exchange

    They never shipped my order or gave me a refund for the products I never received. The customer service email will not contact me back. Have contacted them multiple times with only a automated email reply that says they will email in three to five business days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES!

    Something has to be wrong here. I have never had issues getting feedback and now I havent heard anything in a month. You did a great job of replacing my shows back in March/April, but now I need them replaced again. Has your system been hacked or is the website down or something? This isnt typical of how yall handle business

    Hi, 

    I have emailed you and have yet to hear back.  I provided a video and everything per your request.  Since the button on my shoes does not work, i have had them less than 60 days, and contacted you right before 30 days was up, since i received the shoes.  Please contact me in order to resolve this issue.

    What is going on here? Have tried contacting this site multiple times via the contact form, this FAQ and facebook to try cancel an order (no response) and then to return the unwanted item that was delivered anyway.

    No customer service whatsoever. Utterly disgraceful

    Start sending your messages to Nicholas Kneuper via LinkedIn about the poor customer service maybe they will get their acts together. I also posted on Amazon and Facebook.

    Submitted 2 requests in the past 14 days; both requests were deleted by someone (not me).  The sneakers we bought are not working properly and no one will contact me about it.

    DO NOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE! I have never experienced customer service as poor as this before! I received my product and it did not work from the start. The website guarantees a response from customer service in "3-5 days"... I contacted them on 12/7/16 and it is now 12/20/16 with no response. Very disappointed. Read the other reviews and stay informed... this is an ongoing trend with this company. I am warning you, do not purchase anything off of this website.

    I bought LED shoes and an LED crown in April and paid $54 and still have not received them!!! I have emailed them but they don't respond I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!! poor customer service absolutley disappointed... NEVER AGAIN!!!
