    They will not contact me back by email! I never received my order because it was never mailed to me but they will not give me a refund or contact me back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I have not receive my shoes and order in September and was told my order was put on hold because they were out of stock and once they were in stock they would be shipped out. It has been almost 3 months and I haven't gotten anything and I have email 4 times and receive no information on my stuff which I find very unprofessional and disappointed because I've wanted these shoes for like a year and was finally able to order them and I haven't gotten them what so ever or information on my order.

    I haven't received my packages I ordered 2 pairs of shoes i have spend almost $200 BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE SHOES High Top Bolt - Light Lynk Shoes and you guys never replied to my emails.  i want my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY NEVER REPLY BACK

    it is interesting that all of the complaints have been removed and most likely not resolved like mine.  I will be filing a complaint with US government since i purchased a broken pair of shoes with you for $60 and never received satisfaction.  Anyone wanting to file a complaint also can go to https://www.usa.gov/consumer-complaints.  I am not giving up on this.  I have seem so many people with issues.  You guys are just taking advantage of consumers.  Expect a significant fine.

    It appears I am not the only one experiencing NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!  

    BAD business.  Once you get our money you apparently don't care.  Is your customer service all a scam.  I now see why you do not have a phone number to call.  I have submitted a request twice through your service app and NO one has contacted me.  I just sent another direct email requesting some one contact me.  Third request.  Is no one responding because your product is of such poor quality you have too many defective product requests?  Time to go on Social Media and spread the word "Electric Styles" is a scam company DON'T BY FROM THEM.  SECOND CONTACT IS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THIRD IS HTTPS://WWW.USA.GOV/COMSUMER-COMPLIANTS.
