RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

GENERAL RETURN POLICY: 

You have 30 days from your fulfillment (processing) date to return for a cash refund, and 60 days to return an item for store credit. Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable and will be denied. If believe your item is broken, please go here.

***Clearance/Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

SHOES - RETURN FOR REFUND: 

To return your shoes for a a refund please take all of the following photos you see here, and message them to us here - noting that you would like a refund for purchase.

IMPORTANT: We can only issue a refund if your order was fulfilled with 30 days of the date that we receive your return. If your return arrives after the 30 day window, our system will only allow us to provide you with store credit. 

****We do not offer shipping refunds of any kind. 

SHOES - EXCHANGE SIZE: 

To return your shoes for an exchange please take all of the following photos you see here, and message them to us here - noting that you need an exchange. We cannot accept exchanges that do not complete this step.

NON-SHOE RETURNS FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE: 

Non-shoe returns are sent back to our 3rd party warehouse. Please email us here with your order number so we can provide you with the proper return address. We do not offer refunds for the shipping fee you paid for your original order or the shipping fee you pay to return your order. 

CANADIAN RETURN POLICY: All Canadian orders are final sale, meaning no returns or exchanges.

    I wish to arrange a refund on order 5208, which was placed with express delivery on 20 October. I contacted you on 26 October to chase the location of the delivery and again on 27 October to cancel the order, yet received only automated responses in return. I received a notification on 6 November saying it had been shipped, to which I email a response asking for a refund. The item has now arrived (7 November) and I want to return it and get my money back. You should already have all my contact details - please get in touch with me.
